    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, without damage.

    • We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
    • Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
  4. Exclusions:
    • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
    • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
    • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
  6. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
  7. Store Credit:
    • As an alternative to a refund, we can issue store credit for the returned item(s), which can be used towards future purchases.
  8. Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
